Street Level Health Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving
the health and well-being of underserved urban immigrant communities in the
Bay Area. Our organization is an entry point to the health care system for those
most often overlooked and neglected, namely the uninsured, underinsured, and
recently arrived.
We provide transitional on-site basic primary health care and serve as a
community bridge and navigator to access long-term medical services. Our
network of medical professionals and trusted volunteers provide care free of
charge without questions.
Our work empowers clients to cultivate wellness within themselves, at home, in
the workplace, and society at large. We are committed to building capacity within
our community through education and advocacy. We are dedicated to training
future culturally sensitive and compassionate health and social service leaders.
